Why we started HCI
Government contracts can be a strong source of steady work. But the process is hard to learn alone, and free guidance only goes so far. We started HCI to give smaller firms a team that rolls up its sleeves and does the work with them.
An honest note
We are a new company. We do not have government contract wins or case studies to show you yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we offer is real experience, a clear process, and honest advice from the first call.
